drifting!
Hi!
I don't know if I'm the only one with this problem but when I'm using my xbox one controller the cursor keeps drifting.
I used it on an other game to see if the controller had a problem and it was fine.
I also tried to unplug my mouse but it kept drifting in game.
It is a bit annoying to play because I have to fight against even to just navigate in the menus.
If anyone had this problem and knows a fix, I'm listenning.

I'm listening too as I have that same drift issue. I am not a keyboard pro and much prefer using the controller especially for melee. If anyone has a shortlist of controller commands that would be awesome too. Sorry for hijacking!

@laserspartan.117 I switched out my controller to a spare and the drifting issue went away. I'm playing with a controller now and can assign inventory items to hot bar in the inventory menu, and just use my keyboard if I want to use anything from the hot bar and 'B' to sprint. I also moved the default hot bar key from my water pouch to avoid those kinds of issues and made it default to a weapon i put on the hot bar in the number 2 position.
Except for using the hot bar, the controller support is ok.

I had a drifting issue so i went into steam settings and change my controllers dead zone options, and it no longer drifts.

I have a couple spares of the wired usb Xbox controllers that I bought from amazon, but maybe the dead zone change may help too.

In steam settings go to controller settings and you should see calibration and advance settings. There it will let you adjust the dead zone for your controller.
