Also is this why my coal maker is always complaining about firewood and i am now, for the first time in the game, actually 0 on firewood instead of it being littered across the hillsides.
Burn rates need fixing, coal should last twice as long as firewood and both fuels should last longer. I took screenshots, Roughly 9% of fuel is burned every 1 in game hour. You have to refill the fires 2.16 times a game day, per campfire because villagers don't do it, bugged or something. I have about 8 main campfires I have to keep burning throughout winter to keep my 100 villagers from freezing to death, about 4 more when the invasion happens.
That is a lot of firewood and coal I burn through every winter. And that doesn't include the healer, housing or cook stations which seem to keep themselves going.
