1) After the farm is built you have to build fields. They're like an upgrade to the farm and you lay them out by plot. Each farm can support three fields of max size 25 plots each although you can vary the geometry to fit them in, so long as you don't exceed 25 plots.
2) Once the fields are built and farmer(s) assigned, you have to tell them what to plant in each field via the tasks tab on the farm. You select the crop that's in season and you have to click each plot to select it for a given seed, then click save. It is possible to add partial crops of different seeds to one field.
3) Different crops only grow in their appropriate seasons. If you have crops out of season you'll get a brief pop-up on screen and it'll show in the village issues list.
4) Generally only flax and beetroot grow in the winter. Spring and summer are more variable and have a broader range of crops available.
5) It is possible to unclick "repeat this order" when setting the crop type, in which case the farmers won't automatically replant.
5a) Seeds are generated at harvest and should yield more than are necessary to replant the field.
5b) Once you're rolling, seed storage fills up quickly and they'll rot on the ground if you're not careful. Usually best to ensure you have gatherers running year-round to keep your seed stocks topped off, especially for seasonable re-plants.
5c) Extra seed storage can be built at the warehouse, but you'll have to have a worker assigned to gather up the seeds the farmers drop if their on-farm storage is full.
Hope that helps.
So you have to set Task for each field what they are going to plant for the season, different seeds grows diffrent seasons. And give your farmer 4-5 water pouches, it's needed
