The best seed I've found so far that has not changed via patches is DebugMode.

Cave is about 30s walk almost due north with a good flat land next to it and lots of all types of trees and food resources.

I am feeding 5 villagers off a single gatherer.

Downside/Upside is you have to clear a lot of trees to make good use of alot of the flat space, and there is an enemy camp nearby.

Wolves aren't too far away, neither are two more caves.

I found some other seeds with nice locations around the cave and rather close to the beach ;) I will update when I find more ;)

is a good seed to, from the wreck look light left to the only singel tree uphill, and run strait this way, is a litle way (before run, zoom map maximum out, 1-2 steps in and place a marker south-and a litle right on the map and you have the cave,in Front the cave is enouth space for building (behind to), if you look to the cave (from wreck coming/looking north) left are deers, right the bunnys, more far away left and right are wolfdens, but far enouth for the base.
The Gather found a lot. my building was overfilled with only 1 gatherer.
Trees for the start many on left side, Birks on the right side, a lot af fiber, Stones Jutonbloodstones other something.

i have used this spawna couple times, spawned in today and map has changed, think it was because of update that just happened

I just tried "Valhalla" with the new Aug 30 patch; it doesn't have any huge patches of land nearby, but there is a cave to the east, and lots of mixed shore (lakes)/plain/forest area if you want some more variety.

"Folkvangr" - if you walk straight south from the shipwreck, the cave is almost at the opposite shore, so you can fish and mine there, if you don't mind being a long way from the shipwreck (at least it's easy to find!).
