Setting to remove/lower amount of grass?

Figured no harm in asking. While the game is pretty the vast oceans of grass that hides a lot of the resources does get a bit tiresome. I know we have the resource vision but having to tap the keybind every few seconds isn't exactly the best answer and if someone has done some poking in the ini file or whatever the setting file is and found the "no/low foliage setting" I'd love to know. No need to drop quality either, this isn't a lag concern on my end; strictly an accessibility question.

Still love the game, it's quite pretty and the gameplay is pretty solid but the grasslands hide so many things on the ground.
