Road Map Yet?
I am loving the game. The fixes implemented already are confidence inspiring. Is there a road map? If not, I would luv to see one. It would inspire even more faith that this game will continue on.

Devs said that after the early access launch, they need some time to gather the feedback from ppl before coming up with a road map.

Might be nice to get an ETA or idea when we can expect the next hotfix/update!

Yes, please. I keep jumping on hoping to see an update for Aska, but every day I'm disappointed. The game has a promising foundation but there are so many QOL issues that I know I won't be able to play for much longer (the biggest thing is apparently the lack of resource respawning).

This makes zero sense. A road map is a vision board for the devs for what they should have already planned out before they hired any employees outside the core founding, and even then the core founding should of had an idea about the product they were selling to the masses.

Roadmaps are for letting us know the milestones they wish to implement to achieve THEIR vision for the game, everything else should be bug fixes and QOL which would fit under Fit and Polish category, which should be a given for any studio, polish should not be a "feature".

I hope something is lost in translation, but this answer alone is enough to make me shelve this game and never look back.
I think it is actually really enlightened. The basis for every game roadmap differs. I am certain that in the background the dev's have a draft roadmap but are waiting to release until after feedback from the players. That way they can inform their roadmap - change/add/ possibly remove anything in line with both their vision and their player base... Sounds like a dev I would want to follow!

Very soon! I believe they're just ironing out the final bits of the hotfix. No promises but hoping it will be out before the weekend.

There are obviously things the devs are planning on doing/envisioning for the game but the feedback is really helping to shove certain things forward in terms of balancing etc !

I mean they have done some pretty massive updates in a short amount of time in my opinion. This is definitely a gaming changing survival based game once everything is fully added. I can already see where they are heading with the story...which is going to require alot of added things in the long run.

Well, ASKA discord server is quite active and better organized with different channels for different things, like bug reports, feedback, questions, discussions, if you want to join here the link:

i would agree these devs seem to have a vision but wanting player feedback is a good things as alot of devs dont care and just do stuff i wouldnt take any notes from this guy criticizing and has probably never even used game development software
