What do the Wolf POI piles of hair do?
Was wondering if anyone has found out yet if they stop them from spawning or do some other thing? I destroyed one of the two piles at a den near base but didn't wanna risk them from no longer spawning so I left the other. But after destroying one a wolf head appeared over the den but not sure why.
