Report a translation problem
I have the same problem all the time. It was exactly the same in the demo version.
Windows10. PC = Intel core i7-3770K, RAM 32 Gb, GeForce 960 GTX 4Gb.
Changing the graphics settings does not give a visible result yet.
Edit: NVM that, it came back same day i posted this....
Also, you could add the thread link with your comment when you are asking them to report the bug.
It's not a game bug, it's a hardware issue.
While playing with a friend i managed to go to a light torch by him directing me and i could "see" a few meter around the torch.

It happen not as random as it seems and it's related to the weather and/or time of day.
In the screenshot, it was during a bloodmoon that i didn't seems to have the notification, but that's a sync issues not related.
Seeing these posts from last June, I'm playing for the first time almost a year later with the same problem. Was it ever resolved?
