Change/reset villager option

Is there a way to change the option from which villagers i can choose from?

I want to get different looks and stats.

If you are deadset on it, what you can do is fully restart the game. In the demo build this would allow you to choose different villagers, but I'm not sure if this still exist. Mostly you are just stuck with the two options the eye gives you

I had the same question. So if we keep sleeping, etc, eventually the options wouldn't change?

A bit frustrating since during the demo I got a good option for a first villager, but now that I bought the game the first two villagers I got at the eye look seriously handicapped. Not to be mean, but I'm also trying to start a village. Kind of need a decent pawn, er, villager to get things started...
