Recipe missing (Frypan after Fried Flounder Sandwich)

I would like to do a 100% run but I can't find any info for one missing recipe. It's between Fried Flounder Sandwich and Latke in the recipe book. Can anyone please help me figure out what is missing there and how to get the recipe? I am in spring of year 3 now.

Also did anyone have a solution for the missing pumpkin pie recipe if you don't do the Damon quest? I would love to get all recipes in just one run and don't start all over again for this single one.

As far as I know, there's still no way of getting the pumpkin pie recipe if you didn't do the quest.

Thanks for your reply! I just found on reddit, that the missing recipe is something that you get from Giva in the fall but I am not 100% sure if that's corr3ect. I will skip to fall and try to get it now.
Too bad for the pumpkin pie :(

Oh! I'm doing a quest for Giva right now, I wonder if the recipe is the reward?

Edit: It is! After you complete the Diwali candle-making quest for Giva during the fall, she gives you the recipe for Gulab Jamun.

I got it :D The recipe is called Gulab Jamun and will be given to you by Giva after you finish the Candle Quest for her. I did mine in Fall of year 3.

I'm in Winter of Year three and have made all the candles and this quest still hasn't triggered for me. Is this a bug, or another missed RP-choice issue like with the pumpkin pie. That's so annoying!
