Report a translation problem
This is something I discovered on my second playthrough. After the Town Hall Meeting in Fall, make sure you talk to everyone right after the meeting so that they discuss their thoughts on that meeting, otherwise, the smaller events leading up to the wedding will not trigger. I did talk to everyone after that meeting in my first playthrough, but in my second playthrough, i did not, and as a result, I was stuck going forward to winter because of it (until I finally talked to people to start triggering the wedding events).
