The game refuses me entrance to the 2nd level of the gloaming

I am stuck in winter like forever now. I t has been nearly 50 days since the last season change and propably 40 days after the winter festival... and likely equal number of days since I got the quests to summon a storm to catch a pearl and to activate the jewel finders in the mine. Both quests require wool weed to finish and I know I would find them in the 2nd level of the gloaming. But I never got the quest to unlock the 2nd level. Every day I go to the witches meeting in the evening but as I aquired some side quests to secure the coven nothing else happens. The last side quest even was allready 3 weeks ago.

I do not know if I am missing something or if my game is just broken. I also played 3 days since the last patch hoping something would change but it doesn't.

Your game sounds like it glitched out. You don't have the third area open either. Did you get the second alder stone from the first gloaming?

Hi.
james64468 made a typo, so I am just checking. There is a second portal stone in the first gloaming - I am not sure anymore exactly where it is located. (I forget what & where the adder stone is or is needed for.)
Inside the fairy circle contains an item required for the incantation to change a season (again, not sure which season off the top of my head).
If you found the portal stone, did you give it to Lina?
If you did, you probably have a glitch & should put in a support ticket.
If you didn't, that may be the problem although as long as I showed up to coven & spoke to her opening the second part of the gloaming was automatically arranged. (I also don't remember if there was a quest here, but probably.)
It may also still be a glitch, in which you should also put in a support ticket.
Currently the support team is (for me) very quick to respond - but they do have weekends off & are on Australian time (AEDT).

I am not sure what they named them on the naming. I should put in spoiler tags. Or they could been called key stones. Yep I might have made a typo. I did type that out while not having as much sleep as I should. I believe they called key stones but I am not going to go edit it. It sounds like the OP game is glitched. We both having memory glitches.

I, too, have NOT BEEN ABLE to get the wool weed (or weed wool, however it's supposed to be). I got the "FIX THE GEM FINDER" quest from Zephyr, but can't do it **BE-CAUSE** you need the item from the second gloaming area.

I have a feeling I'm gonna have to REstart the game - once again - just to get *back* to this point.
