40FPS RTX 3070
I have an RTX 3070, an i9-9900KF, 48GB of RAM, and I'm running Windows 11. I can't play Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart properly, even though I optimized the game through the GPU software. I'm still only getting around 40 FPS in-game. Can someone help me figure out how to set it up to get between 60 and 144 FPS?

What level of textures are you running? I have RTX3080 and I had to drop the textures one level down. Instant 20fps more in my case. Rift Apart is very VRAM sensitive. I have 10gb, you have 8gb. Try lowering the textures. Also what resolution are you playing at? I play at 1440p with DLSS set to Quality
Similar story here. Testing this on my spare 3060ti rig and I'm unable to maintain a constant 60 regardless of settings, often hovering around 40-50. Got ryzen 7 5800x and 32gb of ddr4 3600mhz ram. Gpu is pinned at 99% but it sounds really quiet and doesn't seem to be drawing any power.
very strange. I have a 3050 and with frame generation enabled my game can easily reach 100 fps. If you're talking about the scenes at the beginning of the game... yeah... that part is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. but the rest was fine for me :lunar2020thinkingtiger:
I have a 4060Ti 8gb, playing at 1920x1080 and on low settings am getting less than 50fps.

Of course, ray tracing is off and I’ve experimented with different settings to no benefit.

Curiously, I just tried swapping my 3060ti 8gb in this setup out for my main rig's 4070ti, and the game immediately ran fine. I dumped the 3060ti into my main build with a 7950x3d, and THAT setup also ran perfectly fine! There seems to be some weird problem with specifically pairing up my 3060ti with my 5800x that just kills performance in this game. I've heard people talking about it being an issue with certain rtx cards in combo with motherboards that only support up to PCIe gen 3, which checks out, as that's exactly what my setup is, but those discussions are entirely from forums from a couple years back. I thought they would have fixed an issue like that by now ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Don't rely on any GPU software.
Launch the game and calibrate your game from here.

Start with the medium preset and go from there.
It's a pretty vram heavy game, you just don't have a lot of it so I'd say dropping your settings to maybe medium should do the trick
