Crash to desktop in Torren IV (planet with giant robot)

I've been getting consistent crashes in that planet with Rt reflections on once I finish the quests there and reload the game crashes when getting to the town area, the game tells me to lower my graphics, I get a dxgi_error_device_hung in the log file

The game plays perfectly in any other situation even on other planets but it's only after finishing the mentioned planet and reloading that I get the crash, disabling Rt fixes is

My setup is a Ryzen 7 7700x, rtx 4070 super and 16gb ram

There's something wrong in that area because somehow the load increases there after finishing the planet which doesn't make sense because the planet doesn't have any more events in the area, by all logic the load should be lower if anything
