Before my RTX4080 i used a XFX6900XT. I had a lot of Driver-timeouts. What me helped out was the following:
Turn off the system’s fast startup. Windows’ default startup method, Fast Startup, puts your computer into a sleep or hibernation state. Even though this feature is very helpful, it sometimes fails to use a resource that the AMD driver needs. You can disable your system’s Fast Startup feature to resolve the AMD timeout problem.
Auf Deutsch übersetzen muss ich dir das wohl nicht. :o)
Do you mean this one? https://i.imgur.com/bKbdAlU.jpeg
I can not find anything else

And I will move the game from the M.2 SSD (C) to my other M.2 SSD which is specifically for games.
Ne guck mal im BIOS
Ja okay dann schalte es im Windows mal aus, Neustart und ausprobieren
Hab schon alles durch, das hat kein Fast Boot.
In my Asus UEFI BIOS is a simple option to switch fastboot on and off.
So what the heck is going on with the MSI UEFI?
You should disable all hibernation/ energy save options on pc, specially with amd card (Turn off monitor after 5 minutes is fine :P ). The 7900xtx struggled with these in early stage, but still i would turn those option off since they always make trouble.
If your programms like edge, word, explorer opens automatically after a restart, that means you got still "Fast startup" on windows level activated, means the pc saves the ram memory on your drive (ssd/hdd), to boot faster.
