Bronze Cup Speetle Race Bug

One of the portals in the race won't spawn in and I fall to my death every time. I've tried putting all of my settings to the lowest possible including resolution and setting dynamic resolution to not drop below 144fps. I have no problems with any other portals in the game and have quick loading times.
My specs are:
RTX 2060 Super
AMD Ryzen 7 4800H
16GB Ram
