Bug with Frame Generation on GTX cards
The frame rate tanks to 15-22fps on this game as well as Spidey Miles and Remastered when you enable Frame Generation and goes back to normal when you disable it. FSR 3.1 Upscaling works fine though.

Its the same with AMD cards the FSR frame gen just stutters and drops fps to like 30-40. but FSR3.1 works fine.

It affects all GPUs except 7000 series and, i think, 4000 but for that i am not sure. FG is rly rly bugged in all games. I tested it in Spiderman games and Rift Apart, same issue in both games, FG just drops frame rate a lot.

It works flawless in Ghost of Tsushima and Horizon Forbidden West though.

This is true. Something is definitely bugged with frame gen for Rift Apart, Spider-Man Remastered & Miles Morales.

The frame gen is definitely bugged since it used to cause frame rates to drop to sub 40's even with the FSR3 mod. Also the new update is not really a great example of FSR3.1's much touted improvements. The shimmering is still present in the distance in the Spiderman games while in HFW it is near perfect and even better than DLSS when upscaling from 540p.

AMD cards make sure Anti-Lag is off and Nvidia cards make sure Reflex is off.

Works perfectly on my rtx3060 but it is completely lagging on my gtx1070 and 980. Sad.
They really need to fix this for older computer.

It's also effecting my 7900xtx.

Doesn't fix it for me (AMD).

Nixxes needs to look into this. Definitely a bugged implementation on the frame gen

Odd, I can reproduce the stutters on my XFX 7900 XTX by enabling Anti-Lag and Frame Gen. Sorry if that isn't of any help.

I Don't kno why its that way for you, but for me on Linux with a radeon 7900XT Framegeneration works just fine. perfectly doubling the FPS and getting smoother, no stutter.

sigh

According to AMD, for frame gen, the GTX card are not supported. It's RTX 20 series and above.
Maybe it has something to do with that.

Doesn't apply here. I mean by that is:
Fsr3.0 mod or lossless scaling works better than the official implementation in the game.
So there is definitely a problem here.
