yes but it's only for NVIDIA RTX cards.
for anyone curious, LukeFZ mod works great if you have AMD. it essentially tricks the game into thinking you DLSS and lets you enable Frame Generation. I think you need RX 6000 / 7000 series GPU's though, don't quote me though, I could be wrong. I currently using it on the 7800XT
Yes and it seems to be quite a lot better than 3.0. Less ghosting.
