Agreed. Emulators for the PS2 games work okay, but they require absurdly high CPU power to run considering how they look. Even then, they have upscaling issues, especially in the UI. Even on a 5800x, leaps and bounds above anything the PS2 had, Going Commando frequently dips to 45fps even with the best tweaks I could apply to get it running as smooth as possible on PCSX2. It was outright unplayable on my old CPU with how slow it ran.

Seeing 1, 2, and 3 at least would be welcome. Give them some "HD" upscaling to their textures and UI, optimize them for 60 fps on PC hardware, and sell 'em in a single package containing all 3 games kind of like the DMC HD collection. I guarantee it'd sell very nicely as long as it's fairly priced, especially to those with a smaller PC hardware budget(not to mention steam deck.)

I imagine they're waiting to see how this game fares before making any future judgments. Testing the waters.

I agree I've always wanted to play the older Ratchet and Clank games and actually finish Quest for Booty as when we had a PS3 I never finished it. (I know it's only a short game)

I really wanted Ratchet and Clank games on Steam for ages, but it is weird how only this one is getting a release.

It's the newest and best to play off them. Controls and camera. Tried the old ones on the emulator. They can still be fun, but they really need a proper makeover. The series has done okay for Sony. While not the numbers as other IPs, it's been good enough to keep it alive and kicking. But it would indeed be VERY NICE to see a remaster or semi-remake of the old main games on PC. Have many fond memories playing these games
