stuck on viceron

I have a problem in the game, I'm already in jail but it seems that I'm blocked and unable to move forward, I'm going through what I've done, I don't know if I went where I had to go or what happened but it doesn't allow me to continue or I know how to return to a starting point prior to the current one since that is what has me most blocked, I have been having this problem for 2 days now.
I have gone very sack to finish quickly.
