Multiplayer?
All indication points to this game being single player. I hope I'm mistaken and there's online co-op to play with a friend

This is indeed single-player. It's still worth it though.

If you really want MP-Ratchet & Clank, you'll have to look to emulation (or the actual games) for Up Your Arsenal, Dreadlock/Gladiator, and I think All 4 One.
