When it beggins to download the game?

Pre-load is not always available, but more often than not it is. That being said, depending on your internet speeds, people say waiting for the actual release might get you in the game faster.
In a way, makes sense, when you pre-load it has to get you crypted files and on launch, your PC has to go through all the data and decrypt it, which takes time.
If you have fast internet, downloading might be faster than decrypting but I have not looked for any proof nor did I ever really care much myself, despite having lightning fast connection, I always just pre-load anyway.

But as other said, pre-load varies and until there's a confirmation, we can't know but it's always at least a day.
