Pre-Order exklusive or just early access?

Pretty new to this game. Is the Carbonox Armor and the other stuff pre-order exklusive or is it always in the game and the pre-order bonus just makes you to get it earlier?

Dirrctly from the Steam page:

Pre-purchase and get early access to in-game items which are otherwise obtainable via story progression:

Pixelizer Weapon
Carbonox Armor set

So yes, it's just early access to those items, you can still get them in the game normally.

And if I'm not mistaken the armour is just a cosmetic (no bonus effect, you get that through story progression) and the weapon is obtainable in NG+ for 1 bolt (basically free) so preorder allows you to use it immediately in your first playthrough.

Yeah the carbonox you get from pre order doesnt give any stats. but the one you collect in the game its self will give stats. its just a look swag early thing.
