Purchase all weapons Achievement bug

So, I bought all weapons and not only I didn't get the achievement but also on my achievements list the counter for said achievement, which it has one so you would ideally know how many guns you have bought already, says zero.
I hope they fix it and not only that, I hope I don't have to go through the game again and re-buy all over again.

Side note:

Performance in Torren IV and Sargasso is still dog ass and runs at 30fps, sometimes even lower, in various spots consistently while the rest of the game I can get 90+ at very high preset, RT off and DLSS quality.

You need to star NG+ and you needd to buy Bouncer to get achievement

Hi, even after doing that personnally my achievement is still at 0 and didn't count :/ do you have any idea why's that ?
