Without direct storage, it takes 3~5 seconds to load full textures.
So turn off Direct Storage = turn off high and very high texture settings.
Do AMD users have this problem?
EDIT: Nevermind, I'm still getting the stutters, I guess I was in a non demanding area.
I don't have any stutters with Direct Storage and Frame generation, but direct storage has a noticeable impact on performance. Nvidia says they will address performance issues with next driver update, but I already 100% the game 2 times already lol.
That's just straight up lie that your fps doesn't NEVER dip under 100fps at native 4K fully maxed out (NO DLSS, NO Frame Gen). I have the 4090 too which sits at 99% GPU usage all the time and dips well below 100fps in heavy scenes even at 3440x1440 since I game on a OLED G8.
For reference here is a video of the 4090 running at 4K maxed out and (as I thought) it dips WELL under 100fps, infact it RARELY even touches 100fps during the gameplay and EVEN dips under 60fps to low 50s:

Well... good it's an acknowledged problem and a driver fix is coming. Bad that its a bit late to the party and after game release.
