Why are all the armor sets found and unlocked from the start? Finding them is half the fun

I don't understand why I have everything unlocked, they're supposed to be challenges you do and then get rewards for them, why am I essentially being robbed of gameplay? I don't even own a pre-order or DLC or antyhing.

There are multiple armor sets that come later on that you have to find/achieve. They offer bonuses for certain things. The armor sets you have from the start don't give you any added bonus effects to your gameplay.

those are not "all the armor sets" They are mostly post-launch skins based on older games added in a free update

exactly, the only armor sets that you get at the beginning are cosmetic, the rest you get from playing the game and they give bonuses
