You shouldn't since the preorder leaves after the game releases. Maybe some preorder codes are still available from 3rd party dealers?

You don't need them. Everything in it is available in game, pre ordering is just an earlier unlock. You just start with a gun early and two cosmetic armors early.

No, because pre-ordering means you had to of purchased the game before it released and since it's a day after...
