Fix for RTX 4000 random crashes

After emailing support with crash dump files and all, they suggested disabling GPU Task scheduling by:
Search Graphics Settings in windows -> Change Default Graphics Settings -> turn Hardware-Accelerated GPU schedule off. Then restart your computer

Then when you open the game launcher, go to settings and disable NVIDIA Reflex

Your DLSS 3 will be disabled, but I went from a crash every few mins to 0 crashes so far (around 90 minutes of playing)
