Softlock on Cordelion

When I entered the station the enemies did not spawn (my first playthrough so didn't know). Now I cannot leave or progress. Anyone have a suggestion how to fix it?

does not trigger. if i drain the room of water and press E at the computer, i am stuck at that place, unable to progress the game

did you try dropping absolutely all graphics down? like i mean very low and 800x600 res
did you try loading an earlier manual save?
are you using any assist setting whatsoever, try putting them to defaults, shutting off outlines and etc. stuff

Same issue here.

I've fixed it by going to the destroyed/frosty dimension then restarted back to checkpoint which takes me back to a previous dimension. I then went to the frosty dimension again, went down the elevator and I met the enemies/NPCs :) hope this works out for you!

Unfortunately in my case that was not an option. My checkpoint was at the console right after meeting the junkbot (the junkbot didn't spawn) so I was left to wander inside complex with nowhere to go. My solution was to restore save through backup. Even if you don't save manually the game creates backups on key moments. So to restore it just change the name of one of the backups so the game thinks it is the newest one

How do I get to my backed up saves?

I've officially tried everything other than starting the whole game over again.

So I beg, if someone has a save file that has a good version of Cordelion where enemies actually spawn down in the facility. PLEASE let me have it

I'll write what i have done:

On your PC, go to Document, Ratchet & Clank - Rift Apart and restore your last save file before you enter planet Cordelion (rename slot0-s.save.backup0X to slot0-s.save - do a backup of the file slot0-s.save before doing this).

On Game,

1. Go to Planet Cordelion, kill all enemies and Save in a new empy slot.
2. Hit the dimensional purple cristal
3. Reload the last manual save
4. Hit the cristal again.

After that take the elevetor down and enemies should spawn.

It worked for me. Let me know!

We are aware of a frame rate related issue that sounds like what is described here. This occurs when the frame rate is over 120 FPS. You should be able to continue by limiting your frame rate before entering the elevator. This can be done by turning on V-SYNC. In case you have a high refresh rate monitor, you can use Exclusive Fullscreen to set a lower refresh rate. Let us know if this helps!
