Performance is quite bad, textures/rendering are broken?

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700
32 ram
GeForce RTX 3070

And it seems that the game's fps is very all over the place

Yeah, whatever you do, avoid purchasing a 4070, it's literally using a 60 class die, and less bandwidth than your 3070, for ridiculous pricing. If you upgrade go 4090 or 7900XTX and don't look back because that card just may not have the VRAM for higher settings in modern gaming.

Thank you Captain Irrelevant. I have a 4070ti and it barely uses half the horse power it has with everything maxed out inc. Ray Tracing at 1440p. Locked at stable 60 FPS.

nivida were very sly this time. They saw that the 3090 was terrible compared to a 3080 so decided to make the 4070 and 4080 over priced garbage and make the 4090 super overpriced garbage. So people just go big or go home

The game is very VRAM heavy, I suggest reduce texture to high or even medium if you have 8GB VRAM,the game use over 11GB of VRAM on my 3090 Ti.

The irony in ignoring the fact their 4070ti was actually a originally a 4080 as well, with that lower die, speed etc. as well, but the fangirl is so strong with Nvidia folks, it's scary..

Right, and actually the die quality was 60 for your 4080 that became a 4070ti but the upscaling simply bumps it up a notch frame generation is for 50 titles out of thousands and not relevant to mainstream gaming. However, all your fake numbers only can hide behind it. Troll on troll.

It's about advising them to UPGRADE, but your IQ level was so low it forgot that..

They need to go big or go home and just stick with a 3060 12gb and IGNORE this entire gen if not doing that.

No one cares. The rig cannot handle this game, it never was going to the demands on VRAM and the rest all are too high. Go back to your 4060 called a 4070Ti and fake more frames.
