Map Problems

I Pre-Ordered R&C RA and Pre-Loaded the game. when i got into the game it seemed fine everything was going smoothly until i reached my 2nd or 3rd cut scene when you see Rachet come out of a room (not giving spoilers) at the end of the cut scene i see my self fall through the map and endlessly falling until i loaded my previous checkpoint then after i did that everything was cool until i couldn't walk up some stairs i would phase through stairs walls objects that i shouldn't be phasing through. pls fix

Same for me,after I started the scene with the rift ratchet started a long falling down in the world and I can't even move my visual ,I can't shoot and I can't open anything,I cannot even walk in map because of an invisible wall

Soon as cutscene ends I just fall for eternity, wtf is this?

This is to do, stupidly, with your graphics settings, if you have level of detail any lower than High, the world fails to render, if you reload your save it puts ratchett at the nearest solid object which happens to be the alleway area from the intro cutscene and you become permanantly stuck.
