Preloaded was a blurry mess. What worked for me.

I preloaded the game before launch. It was a blurry stuttery mess for me to begin with and turning down settings made little difference.

I saw a comment from someone else who had preloaded suggesting to reinstall. This fixed the blurriness and then tweaking the settings again mostly fixed the stuttering. It still stutters when the game is doing a lot of background loading but quickly clears up.

I have an AMD 5700xt and a Ryzen 7 2700.

The graphics settings I'm happy with so far are default medium but with high hair and all up-scaling turned off.

I will definitely be revisiting this game once I've upgraded my PC and can play it on high settings. Hopefully sometime next year.

Anyway its great to see Ratchet and Clank on PC and would be very nice if some of the other titles get ported.
