GTX 1650 4g laptop version
So I have a i7 9 generation processor laptop that meets the recommended but my graphics card only meets the minimum but in reality it’s really in the middle after you test it using can you run it will I be able to get a stable 60fps at 1080p on low or medium settings should I waste my money

If a question you want to ask includes the phrase "should i waste my money" then the answer should already be no.

I grew up with these games so as long as it stills play like them I don't think it's a waste.

I have the desktop version of the 1650 OC and I'm playing on low with FSR on 40-50 fps average, 1920x1080

So on low settings your card it actually is a minimum spec. GPU :)
The Minimum is not the absolute minimum that you can use for the game to start (like it used to be). It's what will always hit the target FPS consistently. So, it is expected to push above in some parts of the game but in some levels it will probably drop lower than 60 fps at 1080p.

Thanks for the positive feedback at least my laptop is faster than steam deck which hardly runs on it
