Every clothing set is unlocked from the start?
Just found my first helmet within a hidden place in nefarious city. When trying to change my outfit I realized that EVERY clothing item is already unlocked. Is this how it is or do I have a bug?

That's not all of the armor. The armor that is unlocked from the start is the bonus from the pre-order :mhwgood:

No, 10 sets are available from the start whether you pre-ordered or not. Another 8 are unlocked through gameplay, including the 1 pre-order set.
