All armors unlocked?

All of the cosmetic ones yes, they give no bonuses and I did find a piece of armor that I did not have, but it did take me by surprise.

If you're talking about the Carbonox armors, it was the Pre-order bonus, I believe. Reason why I didn't pre-order. Takes away the fun of working towards the best armors.

Nope, literally every single armor has been unlocked and as Kujar3 said, no collection bonus. I also read elsewhere in the discussions that if you actually do unlock the armor then it LOCKS it.

Well, more so it unlocks the piece you collected, but the remaining pieces in that set get locked, bringing it to the state it should have been in from the start.

Yes...which shouldn't be happening. So people who don't know about the unlocked armors will soon realize that the one they just "unlocked" just got locked.

You only have the skin doe, if you want the actual armor you need to work to get it.

the ♥♥♥♥ you mean? Those are the costumes from the 20th anniversary. There is still plenty of other armors to unlock

There are a total of 18 armour sets, and you should have 10 or 11 unlocked from the start. There are 5 sets for purchasing digitally, another 5 sets from the 20th anniversary update, and the Carbonox set for pre-ordering. There are 8 sets unlocked through gameplay which provide passive effects once you collect them (you don't need to wear them). One of those is an upgraded Carbonox set,

Thing is, they all were unlocked, at least until I found the first piece of a set in the game world, at which point the other two pieces in that set became locked.

It's not a bug tho.. it's just that you didn't had that one unlocked before, so if you get the helmet it shows you that you still miss torse and pants, the ones u have unlocked stays unlocked

I get this bug as well, it's clearly a game issue that needs patching.

there’s also carbonox advanced armor, i forget where you get it. but that one gives bonuses

I mean it could be a bug, but my guess is you're seeing 10 or 11 complete armour sets in the menu and thinking everything is unlocked, when in actual fact there are another 7 or 8 sets which aren't shown in the menu until you start unlocking them.
