60 fps only with AMD

Hello, its really weird, at first the cinematcis was running at 144+ HZ, then suddenly dropped at 60 fps, and can't do anything about that except playing in windowed mode...

Even if I use software like Borderless Windowed Mode, it go back to 60 fps when swap on windowed borderless.

I have a 7900 XTX, I checked everything, this is the first time I encounter this kind of issue.

Does anyone have the same problem ? Any solution for that ? I keep trying things but its kinda annoying...

only thing that i know should do that is AMD software settings or maybe if you are running afterburner?

i have fiddled alot with the settings and the only way i can make my FPS go below 144 is with AMD adrenalin.
even FSR with FPS target of 60 changes it.

It is only happening on my 4k 144Hz Monitor, really weird

It work really well with my two others monitor, FHD 240Hz and 144Hz
