Shows that I have insufficient video memory, I have 16GB 6800XT on this computer.

This error can occur on systems with high-end hardware, when the Windows page file does not offer enough space to allocate VRAM budget. We recommend letting Windows automatically manage the virtual memory size.

How to: Press the Windows key on your keyboard, type sysdm.cpl and press enter. Go to the Advanced tab and press Settings under the Performance section. Press the Advanced tab in the Performance Options window. Under Virtual memory, press Change. Tick the box for Automatically manage paging file size for all drives.

The game appears to be having some sort of vram issues.

It was set to 8000MB, weird, I've never touched those settings. Set it to auto, still crashed same error, gonna restart computer and try again

Just wanted to add to this, I have a 4090 + 5800X3D with 32Gb RAM and installed on PCIE Gen4 NVME Drive.

Last night, I accidentally let the game run over night and when I woke up, I saw the same message about insufficient video memory. I just tried the fix mentioned on setting page file size to automatic for all drives, that was already set to automatic for me.

Wondering the same. I've got 64GB DDR5 and still crashes regulary with same error message. Have no issues with other Sony ports. Just wish the devs finally can fix this issue.
It eats my RAM
