Game crashing

Has anyone been having issues with the game? The game keeps crashing and telling me either my drivers are not up to date or my PC can't handle it.
I updated my drivers before launching the game + my PC is Ryzen 5 5600X, RTX3070 and is installed on a SSD...

60min 2 crashes my pc i7 12gen, 32ram ddr4,xfx 7900 xt. and a M.2 drive

Turned on subtitles while in first cutscene, resulting in crash.

Opened game and picked difficulty as nothing was saved from previous crash, outside graphics options.

I am getting clean crashes to desktop with no error message. I have played a little over 3 hours and it has happened a few times. Running the game on mostly lows (textures set to medium) at 1440p with DLSS set to performance.

I've only had one crash, when I clicked the telemetry to 'limited' on first boot up. None have occurred since

I had crashed once, but i have the same issue as i had with Spider-Man PS4/5 port, it keeps freezing every so often, but the audio keeps playing and during cutscenes it skips it to the point of the cutscene it was supposed to be at when stops freezing, i thought Nixxes learnt the issue with Spiderman as with Miles Morales i didnt had any issues at launch, i have a RTX 3070, R7 5800X and 16GB RAM DDR4 (using GEN 4 SSD)

No crash for me in almost 10 hours, but the game did ask me update my Nvidia GPU first for good performances, i would suggest doing the same, hope it fixes your problem.

I'm not crashing every 5 minutes like some of you are, but I am crashing rather consistently

I've put about 35 minutes in and gotten 2 crashes
already updated my drivers to try and prevent this exact thing

specs are an i5 10400, 32gb RAM and a 3060
running on an SSD

I manually download the latest driver and its still giving me that message. Even tried the beta.

4K fidelity is stunning, 60+ FPS performance is buttery smooth, raytracing is a delight, and it reliably CTDs as soon as you hit the gong. Ticket and logs submitted.. hopefully Insomniac responds soon. I'd love to leave the starting platform.

The game was not anywhere near full resource utilization (GPU, CPU, VRAM, RAM) at the time of my CTDs.
