i did that but no new options appeared and i just gave up after trying the other too before hand xD

when you get into the warehouse (there is a autosave for the "sauna situation") first choose "force the door open" and second "there must be another way". After that the MC is looking around some boxes sitting there on the floor next to the door and is finding the life saving crowbar.

I only found 1 as well:

When Blanca invites you to the sauna you can see it in the first screen where you walk down the stairs together. It's on the wall next to the pool in the screen that says "Summer returns to your hotel room..."

Is this the same one you've got, or did you find another one?

I hope there will be a guide somewhere soon, this is the only achievement I miss for this game.
