Some just easily thrown together thoughts of the top of my head:

Trading cards would most likely be of the main cast (Inco, Mia, Ben, Damien, Liz, Oliva)
Backgrounds is a bit more difficult to think of the top of my head, but probably stuff like. Olivia's tribute painting in full, the main menu background (maybe), a more detailed version of the last day of summer picture, or some like that.

For emojis that I am drawing mostly a blank on, mainly because I don't use them much. Maybe like the character images from the phone contacts.
