So I noticed several references to other media in this game, the most obvious ones being Solly and Ms. Prockling based off of Soldier and Ms. Pauling in Team Fortress 2. Then the Groom and his Bride are modeled after The Monarch and Dr. Girlfriend from The Venture Bros. (although Monarch isn't a chain smoker in that series.) Then Buster seems to look a lot like Bob from Tekken.

What other character references am I missing?

I heard Iadakan is a reference to a Super Sentai character named Mikoto Nakadai and his name is just that character's but spelled backwards.

Randy is either Hank Hill or Dennis Nedry (or both).

Now that you mention it, Randy's forehead looks a lot like Hank's. Guess he's Hank Hill if Hank was a younger Gen Xer/older Millennial instead of a Boomer.

Though he does look a little like Wayne Knight, now that you mention it. Which is funny because he's the same dinosaur type that kills Dennis.

One other thing that occurred to me. Mia reminds me of Harley Quinn from Batman: TAS because of how she talks with a kind of New Yorky/Jersey sounding accent (or it sounds that way to me when she says stuff like "youse guys"). But she, like the Joker, is the dominant, manipulative one in the relationship, which I think may be a very subtle and clever homage.

Dexter and Mandark from dexter's lab on the right side hallway shot at the start of the game when first going to school

I can't believe I missed that the first time. And I think the dino on the left on the left side of the hall is supposed to be Napoleon Dynamite.

Probably not a reference, but somebody called Inco a "bald, wimpy Johnny Bravo" the other day and I can't unsee it.

More of an easter egg than a reference, you can see Morgan from Morgan's Skate Club in the Olivia introduction animation.
I just remembered that during the animated scene where Olivia is first introduced in the hallway, behind Inco and Ben (specifically it's right behind Inco to the left of his head) you can see a frame from the unfinished animated film The Thief and the Cobbler. Also during the Mia chase scene right as Inco and Olivia enter the elevator you can see the infamous "Cal Arts face" drawn over another work, it's also been edited slightly to resemble a parasuar.

The whole "Cal Arts" thing is something I've been wondering about. I know it's become a derogatory term because it's used as a colloquialism for the same jellybean mouth design that's been used over and over for the past decade or so. But the game's files list the first chapter as being called "Anon's cousin goes to Cal Arts." Was that ironic or serious on the part of Cavemanon though? St. Hammond is an art school in what sounds like dinosaur California after all. And I wonder if the game's artists went there because you can see shades of it here and there. But I'm no cartoonist, so what do I know?

Hard to say but knowing the origins of Snoot Game and Cavemanon I'd be willing to guess it's ironic, the chapters all have some kind of joke title even for some of the more serious moments like Iadakan's death so despite the implications I wouldn't read much into it. I could be entirely wrong though as I don't believe Cavemanon has given much of an in depth look at the development of either game besides a few posts on their twitter account showing off some of the cut content, it's been a few years since Snoot Game so I might be forgetting some things from that time plus I don't use twitter either and only know some of this from a friend that does follow them on there.
