Guys, what does Agility do in this game?

So there's Agility stat. I didn't play Ninja Saga so I really don't know what it does. Does it increase dodge chance? What is it?

increases turn speed if I remember clear ( your character goes faster in the bar below that marks the player turns)

increases dodge chance meaning the higher it is the more attacks you will dodge and also increases turn speed so if theres enough diference youll probably get 1.5times the amount of turns of the enemy.
