And I would like to add that I very much appreciate the fact that extractors still continue to work when one resource is full. Same with drills.
Otherwise it would be a pain in the waste disposal.
It feels like it's gonna choke up at first but when your city starts growing and growing, you'll notice that recycling metal waste is not enough for the materials you need esp. aluminum bars for hightech parts and realize you have to mine again.
Really need an oxygen overflow mechanism to just vent it back into atmosphere when storage is full.
