4k resolution V-sync on RTX3080 81°C

I got high detail of graphic resolution 4K but vertical synchronization turned on so i dont exceeed 60 FPS yet iam shocked that my graphic card is running on 81 ° celsia synchronization during this summer its DAMN heat. How the heck is it so demanding for turn based game it was so unbearable to play this in this summer time that i had to switch to 1920x1080.
