how do i make this go up as fast as possible

it depends in Domination Mode you can

1) make debt so that the population pay you more

2) conquer land where they have the richest economy (just go in up at left and there will be a thing with country click it and find economy)

if you are in customize mode you can do

1) go on change or modified and click on the GDP per Capita or (and) GDP and make him go higher

2) conquer land

3) make the population pay you more
