Need help with Choice Paralysis achievement

How exactly do i go about doing this do i need to change the ones where you go into the cave/provinces or do i need to change my personal hero to a different one 20 times because i tried changing personal and it doesnt show a counter

It is not the personal hero case here. You have to change the party 20 times in one go, before going into a regular battle. I got this once, few months ago by just selecting one party member and changing him 20 times. During Christmas I reset my progress and noticed that for some reason I cannot earn this achievement the same way so I selected a party of 5 heroes and changed all of them 20 times - this time it worked.

thank you very much :) In the menu where you select your team members to fight in the provinces, dont go into battle i just went to the very top (i have all heros unlocked) and selected 5 removed them from the team and selected the 5 below it and kept going like that for people in future
