Achievement with wagon

Hey guys, I'm having an issue with kicking all of the enemies from a wagon and killing them with vortex. I am pretty far in the game, and I feel like 20 steps speed makes it kinda impossible or clutch. I tried slowing him down, but getting +5 step per hit makes it hard as well. Anybody managed to do it full speed?

I tried this, like 7 times, doesn't seem to be working.

Ye, I'm sure i killed all of them with shuriken vortex without touching them cause they landed far, and it still didn't pop. smh

From my experience (the link from the first comment) you need to not touch the enemies that come before the wagon either. That is, in addition to those steps, don't do a single slash. That worked for me; no slashes at all, rope hook against the wagon without hitting anyone else and once the enemies inside the wagon are on the floor launching the shuriken vortex.
If that doesn't work maybe after a reset, just unlock the wagon and try it with the smallest number of enemies posible, it's been said there are instances of wagons being alone, not sure if that hapens under the conditions I just said... also you can buy an increment in number of wagons with elixir, that might help with finding wagon without enemies before it (not sure since I didn't buy it yet).
