Brief 'cooldown' after turning off auto mode
When i turn off auto mode, there's a brief window (2 seconds? Something around there) where no kills will give energy/auto time/whatever you want to call it.

It's not the worst thing in the world, but I don't understand why it was done if it's intended behaviour. I can't think of any advantages, even from a non-user perspective, and it's a small but near-constant annoyance.

I agree it's very annoying. :stress:
there was an exploit with autoclicking energy on/off resulting in neverending energy on mode. That's why the"cooldown" came into place

Punishing everyone because some people choose to play that way is not right.

The extra second might be annoying sure, but it being a punishment in any way? Be reasonable

What's the reason for the adjustment?
Does it make the game better?
Why does it matter that they play the game like that?

I am a casual player. I "play" like 30-60 minutes a day and use the shurikens as a way to fill up my energy a little bit faster. Now it doesnt count the first few enemies hit and I lose these seconds. That why it is annoying for us casuals. But I also see the issue with this auto-clicker thing. Maybe set a timer on how fast you can turn on/off energy instead? I dont know if that might be a better solution, I am obviously no expert

I'll look into improving the Energy timer issue for v6.2.0

This vortex not regenerating energy bug should already be fixed in the latest hotfix some days ago. Make sure you have the latest update by "verifying game files" by right clicking on Tap Ninja in your Steam library

Other option. Count all the seconds and don`t disable energy. But when energy goes on again in less than 2 seconds, then discard the accumulated energy in this short time.

You only annoy clean players with that, those who use autoclicker can simply use it to auto refill timer when it runs out. What about just removing this "adjustment" and leave the game as it is.
