Hero stars

I might be tired but whats the star order on heroes?
Is puurple less than yellow stars`or vice versa?

Yellow is 1 to 5, purple 6 to 10. Not sure if it can go higher but if it also follow the Pets' stars color, 11+ would be kind of orange/red.
