Best mastery skill points allocation? (Dan skills)

Since the number of skills for Dan is limited, you can only invest in 6 skills currently (if you have 6th Dan).
So what's your recommendations? It seems investing in gold is not the best idea, since most gold income comes from fireflies or even quest rewards (I haven't tested Academy yet).

Do you think 4 skills towards Elixir gain + 2 towards fireflies is optimal?

Step increases both gold and elixir gain, so it might be better.
Although more fireflies means more events like swarm and storm.
It's a tough choice.

Yeah personally I went with fireflies and elixir but I might change it to firefly and steps

i went 1 gold 1 elixir and 4 steps

I've not assigned mine yet, as I'm going to wait and see where they'll be most useful for remaining achievements, and then reset as necessary

4 steps 2 elixier. 4 steps 2 firefly is ok too for me

I went 4 speed steps and 2 fireflies.

I think they're the only choice, if you play actively. They're the most limited in options for upgrades.
